The 5 most common questions
Early arrival or late arrival possible?
Your room is available from 3 pm on the day of arrival. Should you arrive earlier, there are two possibilities:
1. we will check on site whether we can give you a room before 3 pm if necessary. However, this depends on availability at the time and cannot be guaranteed. If a room is available, you can move into your room immediately for a small fee of 10 EUR.
2. early check-in is subject to availability at the hotel and must always be arranged in advance with our reservations department. For a surcharge of EUR 10, you can also book the early check-in in advance. We then guarantee that your room will already be ready at 12 noon.
You are welcome to store your luggage in our boot free of charge and wait until the regular check-in time or to explore the city until then.
With a late check-in:
Just call us or send us an e-mai. We will then give you a code either for the key safe or for our code locks with instructions.
Until when is check-out?
Check-out is until 10:00 am. On request, a later departure is also possible until 2 p.m. for an extra charge of 25.00 euros.
From when can I have breakfast?
You can have breakfast with us from 6:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. from Monday to Friday and from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the weekend. You can expect various coffee specialities from the Coffee Station such as latte macchiato or cappuccino, freshly sliced fruit every day and fresh pasta. We invite children up to 5 years to breakfast. For children between 6 and 12 years we only charge 5 EUR for our hot/cold breakfast buffet.
You can add our rich breakfast buffet for EUR 9.90 per person at the time of your reservation or at check-in. If you spontaneously decide in the morning that you would like to have breakfast, you will be charged 11 EUR.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes, dogs are allowed, we charge an extra fee of 10.00 Eur.
Is smoking allowed in the rooms?
Smoking is not allowed in the rooms or in the entire hotel.
Should you smoke in the room, a cleaning fee of ….. Eur will be charged.
